(06 May 2019) – The European Social Fund Transnational Platform, which is coordinated by AEIDL, is organising two conferences in May and in June in Brussels.
The annual ESF Transnational Platform event ‘ESF Transnational Cooperation: including and empowering people throughout life’ will take place on 21 and 22 May.
This will be a closing event, as the ESF Transnational Platform has now entered its final stage of implementation. This year the aim is to extend the appeal of the conference beyond the nine ESF Thematic Networks and to gather around 300 participants from ESF managing authorities, policy-makers, stakeholders at EU and national levels, project promoters and users.
The Conference ‘Bringing the long-term unemployed back into work’, organised with the European Commission, will take place on 27 June.
It will present results of the recent evaluation of the Recommendation on long-term unemployment, as well the final outcomes of the ESF Transnational Platform project on tackling long-term unemployment.
