Lucia holds degrees in Business Administration and Management and Business Economics with a focus on Entrepreneurship, and Master’s degrees in Business and Financial Management. After completing the traineeship at the European Economic and Social Committee, Lucia joined a consultancy company as a Communication and Policy Consultant, implementing service contracts, COSME and H2020 projects covering topics of entrepreneurship, digitisation and new technologies, with a strong focus on communication, dissemination and networking activities as well as policy analysis. She joined AEIDL in 2018 where she currently works as EU Project and Business Development Coordinator, and as part of the project implementation team of Entrepreneurial Capacity Building for Young Migrants (YMCB), Territories as Responsive and Accountable Networks of S3 through New Forms of Open and Responsible Decision-Making (TRANSFORM), Capacity Building for European Capitals of Culture and Capitalisation activity on good practices for Integrated approach in Urban Innovative Actions (UIA) projects addressing communication, dissemination, capacity building and assisting with project management and coordination. She speaks Slovak (mother tongue), Czech and English.
